After honorably serving for four years in the United States Navy, Christopher began working as an on-air personality in the alternative rock and new age music genres, at an FM college radio station. After joining and serving another honorable tour in the United States Marine Corps, Christopher followed his passion for broadcasting by graduating from the Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts, in the field of Communications in Radio and Television. While attending the Sheffield Institute, Christopher worked at a local radio station in the AM format. He specialized in production and board operations.
Due to a back injury, and permanent disability while serving in the Marine Corps, Christopher joined up with some friends to create the Broadcast Nation Entertainment internet radio network. In its short run of nine months, Broadcast Nation Entertainment gained more than fifteen thousand listeners.
At the beginning of 2015, Christopher and his wife L.A., started the L.A. Edge Web Radio internet radio network.
Christopher also has an Associates of Arts in Teaching degree, which specializes in Elementary Education and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Human Resource Management.
As the wife of Christopher Edge, L.A. has supported her husband’s passion for broadcasting since the first time she tuned into his college radio show. Not to mention, Christopher’s surprise on-air marriage proposal really gained her devotion to broadcasting.
L.A. does not quite have the resume’ in broadcasting that most on-air personalities may possess, but her Associates of Arts and Sciences and Bachelors of Arts in Business and Finance degrees, support the infrastructure of L.A. Edge Web Radio.
L.A. gained on-air knowledge and experience during her time with Broadcast Nation Entertainment, and now works alongside her husband on their network’s popular show, “She Said He Said”.
